ACP Group of States

The African, Pacific and Caribbean Group of States is an inter-governmental organization which main aim is the promotion of cooperation between its Member States , aiming at economic, social and cultural development.

The ACP Secretariat

The ACP Secretariat is responsible for the administrative management of the ACP Group. It assists the Group's decision-making and advisory organs in carrying out their work. The ACP Secretariat's headquarters is located in Brussels (Belgium).

Project Management Unit

The management of the support programme for cultural industries in ACP countries has been delegated to a team of professionals, supervised by a consortium led by ECO, in partnership with EWC, Africultures and Groupe 30 Afrique, who manages on behalf of the ACP Secretariat projects and activities.
